Search Minutes, Agenda, Resolutions and Ordinances

The Public may search and display all Minutes, Agenda, Resolutions and Ordinances for
Monroe County that are currently online. Those documents not currently online may be added to
the Web Site in the future.

Two search methods are available to locate and display these types of documents:
Browse and Search.

Browse may be utilized to locate and display a particular document. For example, if you
would like to view the Board of County Commission Minutes for the January 19, 2000 meeting,
you may locate the Minutes for that meeting by browsing the appropriate file folders. In this
case, you would click on the file folders Minutes, (year) 2000 Minutes and Minutes 01/19/2000
to display the Minutes for the meeting.

Search may be utilized to search all Minutes, Agenda, Resolutions and Ordinances for a
particular word or phrase. For example, if you would like to search for the phase "hurricane
shutters", enter this phrase in the search window and click on search. All Minutes, Agenda,
Resolutions or Ordinances that contain the phrase "hurricane shutters" will be listed. From the
list, select one of the documents to display.
